For past few weeks, a few of us have been switched to AUTOPILOT mode... Have been coasting through an familiarly unfamiliar routine: wake, thesis, college, facebook, gtalk, eat, sleep,wake, sheets, facebook, eat, model, and the cycle goes on...moreover it is not that we have been producing some extra ordinary pieces of great architecture... as a matter of fact, we have degraded ourselves work-wise by forcing unnecessary impositions upon ourselves... the conversations(if by chance we communicate.. thanks to the internet chat) with each other end up with:
"hi, wassup?"
"heya, nothin much, trying to work" (we say this wen we are actually browsing facebook)
"hmm, me too.. but nothin comin out" (am playing farmville)
"aur bolo, hows life?"
"nothin re, u say?"
"bas nothin, thesis is not happening"
"hmm.. same here"
"goin to college tomoro?"
"hmm planning to"
"k chal den cya tomoro"
"yup, gn sd tc!"
we crib about only one thing all the time... and its the same thing we have been procrastinating since long... neither getting over it nor getting into it...
Probably, we forgot the Thesis topic we chose was one thing we always wanted to do... something we knew we would love and enjoy working with... but why has it become a burden that we keep on postponing and fear confronting?
